Common questions
Do I own a leased phone?
No. A lease is a monthly fee to use the phone for the agreed term. At the end you return it — you can then lease a newer device.
What condition must I return the phone in?
Good working condition with normal wear. Significant damage or missing parts may attract a fee, assessed at return.
How is my trade-in value decided?
We review your phone’s model, storage and condition, then message you a value and any top-up toward the new device. No obligation.
Can I trade in an Android for an iPhone?
Yes. Any working phone can be traded toward any available device — just tell us what you have and what you want.
